Julie Watkins
Residency Coordinator

Julie Watkins joined the Section of Colon & Rectal Surgery as a residency coordinator and administrative assistant to Susan Galandiuk, MD, in March 2002. Prior to joining the staff, she worked in a corporate office for 18 years.

Watkins is inspired by the enthusiasm of talented young residents. She shares the Section's dedication to caring for patients with colorectal disease. "By assisting the Section's team of surgeons, I feel I am also helping a lot of other people."

An avid biker, Watkins often hits the trails on weekends.
